About the Role
MilkShake Factory Franchise is looking for an analytically minded team member to join our Business Operations and Supply Chain team.
This role helps connect planning, product availability, and financial performance across the business. Working across multiple departments and supply chains, this position supports forecasting, reporting, and operational planning that helps ensure our stores have the right products at the right time.
You'll work closely with teams across supply chain, product, finance, and operations while gaining exposure to how planning decisions impact both production and store performance across a growing franchise system.
This is a hybrid role based in the Greater Pittsburgh Area, requiring a mix of in-office collaboration and remote work.

What We're Looking For
  • 2-5 years of experience in supply chain, finance, business planning, or a related field
  • Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Interest in using AI or digital tools to improve forecasting and analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related discipline

What You'll Do
Forecasting & Planning Support
  • Support day-to-day forecasting and planning activities across the business
  • Assist in preparing forecast models and planning scenarios
  • Maintain planning assumptions and update forecasts as conditions change
  • Track key planning KPIs including bookings, shipments, production, inventory, and delivery performance
  • Assist in developing operating plans that balance inventory availability, facility capacity, and delivery timelines

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work across product, finance, operations, and procurement teams to support planning efforts
  • Assist with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) projects and planning reviews
  • Communicate planning updates and insights to internal stakeholders
  • Support strategic planning initiatives through data analysis and reporting

Supply Chain & Operational Support
  • Assist with day-to-day supply chain and procurement coordination
  • Help support planning across multiple supply chains that support our franchise system
  • Ensure files, orders, and databases remain accurate and up to date
  • Help maintain operational processes and documentation

Reporting, Systems & Process Improvement
  • Maintain and improve reporting tools that support planning and operational decision-making
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation and improved data processes
  • Explore opportunities to incorporate AI and digital tools into forecasting and analysis
  • Develop proficiency with internal planning and reporting systems

Additional Projects
  • Support operational initiatives and cross-departmental projects as needed
