Commitment: Must be eligible to receive college credit and commit 3 days a week.

How You'll Make An Impact 

Business Operations will work directly with the CEO and senior leadership to contribute to high-priority projects across Operations and Growth. This role is ideal for a business-minded individual eager to gain hands-on experience in strategic planning, operational efficiency, and AI-driven initiatives. The intern will play a key part in streamlining company-wide operations and supporting the execution of Magnet's growth strategies in a flexible, hybrid work environment.

What You'll Do

  • Work directly in HubSpot to standardize naming conventions, clean backend data, and ensure CRM records are audit-ready.
  • Assist in standardizing how quarterly proposals are logged so reporting is consistent and reliable.
  • Support recurring reporting and dashboard management across operations and leadership.
  • Conduct audits of internal project wrap reports.
  • Compile and maintain follow-up checklists to help senior leadership confirm that client outreach has been completed after campaigns close.
  • Participate in executive meetings, document key actions, and follow up on deliverables.
  • Leverage AI tools, including Claude, to support operational workflows and surface efficiencies across reporting and project tracking.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance business growth and innovation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and interactions.

What You'll Need

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated interest in business operations, sales operations, or strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar), with comfort working across spreadsheets and data tracking.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus; experience in HubSpot is a double plus!
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interact with senior leaders in a professional setting.
  • A self-starter mindset with a passion for learning, process improvement, and continuous growth.
  • Comfortable adapting to evolving priorities and working both independently and as part of a team.
