Job Title: Sr. Business Intelligence Developer

Job Duties: Uline, Inc. seeks a Sr. Business Intelligence Developer in Pleasant Prairie, WI to conduct business intelligence analysis. Design and develop enterprise and departmental business intelligence and data warehousing backend solutions. Conduct unit testing on peer developed code. Troubleshoot to identify data issues and resolutions including fixing data discrepancies, resolving performance issues, addressing missing or duplicate data, correcting data type mismatches, and improving data quality through cleansing and validation. Conduct code review in the development of tasks. Collaborate across business teams to gather and document business intelligence information. Design, implement, and test data warehouse applications in partnership with project leads, business analysts, and end-users. Utilize database platforms including SQL Server, Oracle, and DB2. Write T-SQL queries and perform database performance tuning. Design and implement data engineering processes to support business analytics and reporting. Develop and execute unit, system, performance, and regression testing on data integration mappings using Informatica PowerCenter. Create Source to Target Mapping Specifications for data integration development. Uphold established coding standards, perform code reviews, and improve standards to ensure compliance. Annual salary: $156,666 - $156,666.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related technical field plus 5 progressive years of data engineering experience. Must have at least five years of experience in each of the following: (1) Designing and implementing data integration framework using Informatica PowerCenter; (2) Writing T-SQL queries and performing database performance tuning; (3) Troubleshooting to identify data issues and resolutions including fixing data discrepancies, resolving performance issues, addressing missing or duplicate data, correcting data type mismatches, and improving data quality through cleansing and validation; and (4) Database platforms including SQL Server, Oracle, and DB2.
