Youre an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Developer who enjoys solving complex business problems through data. You have experience across the full business intelligence stackfrom data modelling and ETL development to reporting, dashboards, analytics and production support.

What you'll do:


  • Design, develop and support end-to-end business intelligence solutions for internal teams and international customers.
  • Design, implement and optimize dimensional data warehouse models, database objects, ETL pipelines and data integration processes.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, data extracts and analytical datasets that support better decision-making.
  • Work directly with customers and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical solutions and provide ongoing support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data, ETL and reporting issues across national and international production environments.
  • Contribute to business intelligence architecture, development standards, best practices and documentation.
  • Participate in software release management, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes and Agile development activities.
  • Investigate the root causes of production issues and implement long-term solutions.
  • Collaborate with developers, quality assurance (QA), product owners and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable business intelligence solutions.


What you bring:


  • 7+ years of experience designing and developing business intelligence solutions.
  • 7+ years of experience developing relational databases using PostgreSQL, Oracle or similar enterprise databases.
  • Advanced SQL development and query optimization skills.
  • 7+ years of experience designing and implementing dimensional data warehouse models using Kimball or similar methodologies.
  • 7+ years of experience developing ETL and data integration solutions using Pentaho Data Integration, Informatica, Talend, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or similar platforms.
  • Experience developing reports and dashboards using Pentaho Report Designer, Apache Superset, Power BI, Tableau or similar business intelligence platforms.
  • Strong Python development skills for automation, data processing and integration.
  • Experience developing and deploying business intelligence solutions in cloud environments such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with container technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience deploying applications using Helm or similar deployment frameworks.
  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and development automation.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
  • Strong experience with Git and modern source control practices.
  • Experience working with Linux and shell scripting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with local and international business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
