The Challenge

Take-Two Interactive, Inc., a leader in the interactive entertainment industry, is looking for a talented Business Intelligence Developer to join a team responsible for transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive decision-making across the organization. 
The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in SQL-based data analysis, has experience with Tableau Server/Online Administration. If you are self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, can communicate data-driven insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, have a strong eye for design of dashboards and data sources and are excited by the opportunity to work at the intersection of data, design, and emerging AI/NLP technologies, this is the opportunity for you. 

 

What You'll Take On

   Maintain and administer Tableau Server as a platform. 
   Build and optimize Tableau data sources, including live connections and scheduled extracts, ensuring high availability and rapid load performance.
   Write, tune, and maintain SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data from relational databases and cloud data warehouses.
   Partner with business teams, product managers, and analysts to translate complex requirements into scalable BI solutions that support a mix of strategic, tactical and operational reporting to ensure intuitive and visually compelling user experiences.
   Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities that inform product and business decisions.
   Define and enforce data visualization standards, naming conventions, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across all BI deliverables.
   Evaluate and implement emerging AI and NLP tools, including Amazon Q, to enhance self-service analytics and natural language querying capabilities for business users.
   Maintain clear documentation for dashboards, data sources, and analytical processes to support knowledge sharing, onboarding, and audit readiness.

What You Bring 

   4+ years of hands-on experience with building BI solutions preferably in Tableau. 
   2+ years of Tableau Server/Online administration experience, including user and permissions management, site configuration, workbook publishing, extract scheduling, and performance optimization of workbooks and data sources.
   Solid SQL proficiency for data extraction, transformation, and analysis across relational databases and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Amazon Redshift, Snowflake).
   Experience conducting data analysis tasks including data cleaning, blending, aggregation, and root-cause investigation of data quality issues.
   Strong communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
   Comfortable working cross-functionally with business partners, data developers, and product teams in an agile environment to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions iteratively.
   Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

   Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Online Administration - 2+ years (required)
   SQL - intermediate to advanced (required)
   Figma or equivalent design/prototyping tool (required)

Great to Have

   Amazon Q or other NLP/AI analytics tools
   AWS data services - Redshift, S3, QuickSight
   Snowflake or other cloud data warehouse platforms
   Python for data analysis and automation
   Power BI or Looker
   Experience in the gaming or interactive entertainment industry

The pay range for this position in Ontario at the start of employment is expected to be between $71,400 and $105,660 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.

Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program.

Regular, full-time employees are also eligible for a range of benefits at the Company, including: medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage; 14 paid holidays per calendar year; paid vacation time per calendar year (ranging from 15 to 25 days) or eligibility to participate in the Company's discretionary time off program; up to 10 paid sick days per calendar year; paid parental and compassionate leave; wellbeing programs for mental health and other wellness support; family planning support through Maven; commuter benefits; and reimbursements for fitness-related expenses.
