Job Description
  • This individual will be responsible for designing and maintaining reporting solutions, developing scalable data models, automating data workflows, and partnering directly with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
  • Build and optimize data models within Databricks and SQL Server environments
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes to automate data ingestion and data flows
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Scope, prioritize, and deliver BI projects in a timely manner
  • Analyze complex datasets and present actionable insights to support business decision-making
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to improve reporting workflows and operational efficiency
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reporting solutions
  • Collaborate with business, analytics, and engineering teams
  • Document processes, data models, and reporting standards
Required Qualifications
  • Strong experience with Power BI dashboard and report development
  • Advanced SQL Server and T-SQL skills
  • Experience building and optimizing data models
