Are you passionate about building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and driving business forward? As a Business Development Representative, you’ll connect with organizations, grow our client base across the market, and help deliver tailored housing solutions that meet real business needs.
At National, we don’t just provide housing—we create home-like experiences for global business travelers and relocating professionals. With 28+ offices worldwide, we’re a trusted leader in customized corporate housing and 360-degree services that make transitions seamless.
Expectations for Success:
  • Client Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business clients. Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and deliver tailored housing solutions that drive measurable impact.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Generate revenue by prospecting and converting new business opportunities within your market. Collaborate with leadership to align efforts with regional sales strategies and company goals.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts by presenting National’s full range of housing services across multiple business segments.
  • Market Engagement: Represent National Corporate Housing at industry events, networking functions, and with local property partners to strengthen brand presence and develop referral opportunities.
  • Territory Ownership: Manage a portfolio of clients within your assigned territory. Use data and CRM tools to track activities, forecast growth, and prioritize outreach effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Marketing, and Property Partnerships to ensure a seamless client experience and support long-term success.
What Makes This Role Unique?
  • Career Growth: As a key part of our front-line sales team, this role offers the opportunity to grow into senior sales or leadership positions within the organization.
  • Impact-Driven Work: You’ll play a direct role in solving challenges for companies in need of flexible, customized housing by bringing real value to clients and their employees.
  • Collaborative Culture: Join a team that values initiative, creativity, and collaboration. Your ideas and contributions will be heard and supported.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Enjoy a competitive salary, commission structure, mileage reimbursement, health insurance, travel perks, and more.
Who You Are:
  • You are a driven, people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You're excited by the challenge of uncovering new opportunities, building relationships, and creating meaningful solutions for clients.
  • You bring 1–2 years of professional experience, ideally in sales, business development, or a client-facing role
  • You’re a strong communicator, both written and verbal, and can tailor your message to resonate with a wide range of stakeholders
  • You think strategically, solve problems creatively, and approach every challenge with a solutions-first mindset
  • You’re confident prospecting, cold calling, and managing a sales pipeline with precision
  • You collaborate well with others and contribute positively to team culture
  • You’re comfortable using CRM tools and data to inform your approach and track performance
  • You have a reliable form of transportation and are open to daily travel within your territory (mileage reimbursed)
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
  • Experience in hospitality or corporate housing is a plus, but passion, drive, and curiosity are what truly set you apart
  • You’re located in the market
Benefits:
  • Competitive Base Salary & Uncapped Commissions
    • $61,600- $68,200 Base Salary
    • Estimated on target monthly commissions of $1875 based on book of business and market conditions after ramp up
