Built Solutions

Built Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Development / Sales professional to grow market presence and drive revenue in the Kansas City region. This role is responsible for actively selling and representing a portfolio of interior construction solutions, including DIRTT prefabricated interior systems, to the design and construction community.

This position is ideal for a self-driven seller who enjoys building relationships, creating demand, and advancing opportunities from initial contact through specification and project award.

What You’ll Do
  • Proactively build, manage, and grow relationships with architects, designers, owners, general contractors, brokers, and other industry partners
  • Actively sell Built Solutions’ product lines by identifying, developing, and driving opportunities through the sales process
  • Represent DIRTT and other interior solutions in meetings, presentations, lunch-and-learns, and industry events
  • Own opportunity development from early influence through specification, pricing support, and project pursuit, collaborating closely with internal design and project teams to move work forward
  • Develop strong subject-matter knowledge across product offerings and clearly articulate their value to key decision-makers
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development and/or sales
  • Experience selling within construction, architecture, commercial interiors, or building systems preferred
  • Proven ability to generate demand, influence specifications, and advance opportunities
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and collaborative mindset
