How to get into business development without experience?

Business development trainees often start by gaining relevant skills such as communication, sales, and market research through online courses or internships. Building a strong professional network and demonstrating a proactive attitude can also help entry-level candidates secure positions without prior experience.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Business Development Trainee, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Business Development Trainee, you need a basic understanding of sales principles, market research, and a relevant degree such as in business or marketing. Developing strong sales skills, networking, and industry knowledge can help achieve higher earnings in these fields.
