Business Development & Strategy Coordinator (Entry-Level)
Location: Golden, CO
Department: Strategy & Business Development (Cadre Nuclear Group / Alpha Safety)
Reports To: Marc Rood, EVP Strategy & Business Development
Travel: ~10-20%
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Overview
Alpha Safety, a key business within the Cadre Nuclear Group, is seeking a highly motivated early-career professional to support marketing, business development, and strategic initiatives across a rapidly growing nuclear platform.
This role is designed as a direct support position to the EVP of Strategy & Business Development, focused on coordinating efforts across business units and helping execute on high-priority initiatives. The position combines administrative discipline with exposure to strategy, sales, and operations.
This is a foundational role with a clear growth path into business development and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1) Marketing & Brand Support
  • Maintain and update marketing materials (presentations, brochures, website content).
  • Manage LinkedIn presence including posting and engagement tracking.
  • Support website updates and coordination with developers, e.g. e-commerce implementation
  • Assist with marketing collateral and digital media libraries.
  • Coordinate trade shows and events.

2) Strategy & Business Development Support
  • Support EVP and business units on strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain CRM (HubSpot) and pipeline tracking.
  • Support cross-business collaboration.
  • Conduct basic market research.

3) Proposal & Communications Coordination
  • Support bid and proposal development.
  • Assist with executive presentations and summaries (Risk Memo)
  • Coordinate internal communications.
  • Track action items from meetings.

4) Project Controls & Delivery Support
  • Support weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Track EACs, financials, and project metrics.
  • Help standardize reporting templates.
  • Coordinate between BD and project teams.

5) Executive Administrative Support
  • Support EVP scheduling and coordination.
  • Help manage workload across initiatives.
  • Maintain organized documentation.
  • Assist with meeting prep and travel logistics.

Future Growth & Development
This role is a potential launch point into business development, strategy, and leadership within Cadre Nuclear Group.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience (internship preferred).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
