About the Role
Black Cube Security is expanding and seeking a Business Development Manager focused on construction site security in Los Angeles County. This role is for a true salesperson who can consistently generate meetings, run site walks, build a qualified pipeline, and close new contracts.
What You Will Do
  • Build relationships with general contractors, developers, and jobsite leadership
  • Execute daily outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person visits when appropriate)
  • Schedule and conduct site walks to understand risks and coverage needs
  • Coordinate pricing and prepare professional quotes and proposals
  • Drive follow-ups and negotiations through contract execution
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and weekly activity reporting
  • Ensure a clean handoff to operations for a successful start-up and retention

What We Are Looking For
  • Proven B2B sales track record with measurable results
  • Experience selling into construction, security, staffing, or facilities services preferred
  • Strong organization, persistence, and follow-up habits
  • Professional communication and comfort speaking with jobsite and corporate stakeholders
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • English required; Spanish is a plus

Performance Expectations
In the first 30 days you should build a targeted pipeline, consistently schedule site walks, and produce qualified quote requests that can convert into new accounts.
Compensation
