Build a Commercial Fleet Business with One of America's Most Recognized Automotive Brands

The Chicagoland Jiffy Lube Co-op is seeking an experienced, results-driven Fleet Sales Business Development Manager to drive new commercial fleet relationships and expand fleet service utilization across participating Jiffy Lube locations throughout the Chicagoland market. This is a true hunter role designed for a self-motivated sales professional who enjoys opening doors, building strategic partnerships, and creating revenue opportunities from the ground up.

If you have experience selling B2B services, managing commercial relationships, or developing fleet accounts and you're energized by building a territory rather than inheriting one we want to speak with you.

What You'll Do
  • Identify and secure new commercial fleet accounts throughout the Chicagoland area
  • Develop relationships with:
  • Local businesses
  • Contractors and trade companies
  • Delivery and transportation providers
  • Municipalities and government agencies
  • Property management firms
  • Service organizations operating vehicle fleets
  • Present Jiffy Lube's fleet maintenance programs to decision-makers and business owners
  • Negotiate service agreements and onboard new fleet clients
  • Expand utilization and revenue within existing fleet relationships
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
  • Attend networking events, trade associations, chamber meetings, and industry functions
  • Track sales activity, opportunities, and revenue through CRM tools
  • Provide regular business development updates and account performance reports

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of business-to-business sales experience

  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Fleet services experience
  • Automotive services experience
  • Commercial transportation experience
  • Experience selling into municipalities, contractors, or multi-location businesses
  • Established Chicagoland business network
Compensation
  • Base compensation: $70,000 - $80,000
  • Uncapped commission plan

Independent Contractor Opportunity

This is a 1099 independent contractor engagement offering significant autonomy and flexibility. The selected professional will operate independently while partnering closely with the Chicagoland Jiffy Lube Co-op to grow commercial fleet business across participating locations.

Territory

This role supports the greater Chicagoland market and requires in-person business development activities throughout the region.
