Position Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for SFIโ€™s outsourced sales and customer acquisition services. This is a true full-cycle sales role focused on engaging executive-level decision-makers and building long-term strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate is comfortable selling complex service-based solutions, managing multiple opportunities simultaneously, and operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

This role offers substantial earning potential through an uncapped commission structure and the opportunity to work with one of the most established names in the sales outsourcing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic follow-up
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution
  • Identify key decision-makers and engage with C-level executives across multiple industries
  • Conduct discovery calls and consultative sales presentations to understand client objectives and pain points
  • Develop customized solutions and proposals aligned with client growth initiatives
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting within HubSpot CRM
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, recruiting, and operations teams to support client launch readiness
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Experience selling professional services, outsourced services, staffing, SaaS, marketing, or consultative solutions preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable speaking with senior-level executives and business owners
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and sales cycles simultaneously
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
