Position: Business Development Liaison
Shift: Full-Time Days

About the Role

Kid's Thrive Dayton is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Business Development Liaison to help build strong partnerships, expand community connections, and support the growth of our organization.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys networking, developing relationships, and identifying opportunities to connect families, organizations, and community partners with Kid's Thrive Dayton.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, referral partners, businesses, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business and partnership opportunities.
  • Represent Kid's Thrive Dayton at community events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
  • Communicate the organization's services and mission to prospective partners and referral sources.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of business development activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support outreach and growth initiatives.
  • Monitor local opportunities and trends that may support organizational growth.
  • Provide professional, timely, and relationship-focused communication with partners and prospective partners.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
