Job Description

  • Lead and execute the firm's overall marketing and business development strategy.
  • Develop and grow referral relationships with attorneys, healthcare organizations, professional associations, and community partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships that expand the firm's reach.
  • Strengthen the firm's brand, reputation, and visibility throughout the legal and local communities.
  • Manage sponsorships, conferences, speaking engagements, community events, and networking initiatives.
  • Oversee social media direction and content strategy while coordinating with outside digital marketing vendors.
  • Manage PR initiatives, newsletters, awards submissions, media opportunities, and branding campaigns.
  • Track marketing performance, referral sources, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment.
  • Manage marketing vendors, budgets, calendars, and long-term growth initiatives.
  • Bring innovative ideas that create measurable business development opportunities.
  • Help build and grow the firm's marketing department as the organization continues to expand.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of marketing, business development, branding, or partnership experience.
  • Law firm experience is required.
  • Experience independently leading marketing initiatives or programs.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Experience developing referral partnerships and business growth strategies.
