Job Responsibilities:
Lead and execute sales and business development strategies for Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions US Inc., driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and cultivating strong client relationships within the industrial gases and engineering solutions sectors.
* Develop and implement comprehensive sales and business development plans aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
* Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, including large-scale projects and strategic partnerships, across various industries such as chemicals, refining, petrochemicals, and renewable energy.
* Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring profitable outcomes.
* Build and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers, clients, and industry stakeholders.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth areas.
* Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and legal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and commercial offers to prospective clients.
* Represent Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions US Inc. at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
* Monitor sales performance against targets, provide regular reports to senior management, and implement corrective actions as needed.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical standards, and relevant regulations.

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field; MBA preferred.
* Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in sales and business development within the industrial gases, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction), or related heavy industrial sectors.
* Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
* Extensive experience in developing and executing complex sales strategies for large-scale industrial projects.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
* Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
* Ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Strong understanding of gasification, syngas, hydrogen, and carbon capture technologies is highly desirable.
