We seek a dynamic and motivated Business Development Director to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of homeowners' association (HOA) management services.
Responsibilities

  • Prospect and Generate Leads: This aspect of the job involves working closely and collaboratively with marketing to design lead generation tactics, strategies, and campaigns. Build a robust pipeline that is actively managed to deliver on quotas for new signings and business growth goals.
  • Prospect Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and meetings with prospective clients to showcase our services and value proposition.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development, Marketing, and Operations team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or community management. Track record of high performance in new business development.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Travel: Must be willing to travel weekly as needed for on-site meetings at corporate, communities, Board meetings, sales presentations, etc.

  • Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices.
