What You'll Do
  • Manage & Grow Partnerships
    Build and strengthen relationships with existing partners through phone, email, Zoom and LinkedIn-turning partnerships into consistent, scalable deal flow.
  • Maximize Partner Portfolios
    Own a book of existing partners, drive engagement, and ensure they remain active referral sources.
  • Develop a Book of Business
    Execute a proven strategy for partner activation while refining your own approach to scale results.
  • Collaborate Across Teams
    Work alongside our high-performing advisor team to ensure partners' referred clients have a seamless funding experience.
  • Stay Ahead of the Market
    Monitor business lending trends and keep your partners informed with insights that strengthen NBC's reputation as their go-to funding partner.
  • Leverage Modern Tools
    Use CRM systems, email automation, and LinkedIn outreach to manage your partner pipeline and accelerate engagement.
What Sets You Up for Success
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Relationship Management, or Account Management.
  • Previous experience in partnerships or managing external referral relationships strongly preferred.
  • Track record of building and managing client/partner portfolios with measurable results.

  • Skilled communicator, problem solver, and trusted relationship builder.
  • Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
