New Business Development/Outside Sales

Join TPI Staffing as we hire for new business development/outside sales positions. Projected start dates: June & July 2026. Base pay up to $60K+ annually plus monthly commissions. Tremendous opportunity for sales representatives who are self-motivated, career oriented, and seek to achieve a high level of success that will bring first year earnings potential of over $60,000 annually with future potential earnings of over $100,000. TPI Staffing, Inc. has been serving Texas since 1988 and is currently celebrating 35 successful years in business while staying committed to merging opportunities for candidates together with outstanding client companies. Our reputation has been built on a solid foundation of ethics, professionalism, and value-added services to our customers. We are currently looking to expand our team and are looking to fill new openings for new business development/account managers in the following territories:

  • North Houston
  • Northwest Houston
  • South Houston

Quick overview: This is an outside sales and new business development position. Duties include: cold calling, prospecting, lead management, account management and providing the ultimate customer experience within a designated territory. TPI Staffing, Inc. is looking for driven and ambitious individuals who are motivated to help TPI Staffing continue our expansion in the Houston, Texas market. We are looking for an experienced outside sales rep with a proven track record in the sales field, previous staffing experience is preferred. Qualities we are looking for in our next outside sales candidate:

  • Proven sales experience with the nurturing and ability to turning new client relationships into valued partnerships
  • Ability to establish professional relationships with clients through phone calls/emails, meetings and on-site visits
  • Experience prospecting and building a network for new business opportunities and referrals

Quotas:

  • 180 combined phone calls/emails per week
  • 2-4 appointments per week
  • 1-2 new accounts per week

A great outside sales candidate to be considered will have the following:

  • 1+ years in an outside sales role
  • Previous experience in the staffing industry, preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish, preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills
  • High energy with a motivated, can-do attitude
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to set goals, results-driven and manage priorities
