  Business Developer - Commercial Landscaping


We're seeking a true 'hunter' Business Developer who thrives on prospecting, uncovering new opportunities, and winning new business. This is not an account management role; it's about forging new relationships, generating leads, and closing deals to drive growth. You'll be in the field daily, actively searching for commercial property prospects, presenting customized solutions, and securing long-term landscape maintenance contracts.

What You'll Do

Act as a hunter by aggressively identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities in the commercial landscaping market

Conduct cold calls, site visits, and attend networking events to build a pipeline of qualified leads

Build strong relationships with property managers, HOAs, commercial property owners, and decision-makers

Develop and present custom maintenance solutions and proposals

Collaborate with operations and estimating teams on pricing and service planning

Track all activity in CRM software and submit weekly progress reports

Ensure a smooth handoff to account management and field teams

What We're Looking For

Must-Have:

3+ years of B2B sales experience (landscaping, facilities, or service industry preferred)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable working independently in the field

Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Able to pass background check and drug screening

Nice-to-Have:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
