About the JobWe are hiring a Business Development Associate who will be focused on outbound prospecting, cold calling, and appointment setting for their assigned Account Executives. This position plays a critical role in driving pipeline growth by initiating conversations with prospective clients across government, hospitality, and education sectors. Compensation & Benefits Disclosure: The compensation range for this position is $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year. This range represents REMEDI8's good-faith estimate of the compensation expected to be offered to a successful candidate at the time of hire. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, certifications, geographic location, market conditions, and business needs.
