The Opportunity

This is a builder role—not a partner management or alliances position. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and activating resellers, MSPs, VARs and strategic channel partners that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.

Reporting directly to the SVP of Partnerships, you'll help establish our regional channel presence, build a repeatable partner‑led sales motion, and create a predictable revenue engine. Success will be measured by partner recruitment, pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, bookings, and revenue growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with the SVP of Partnerships to define and execute the regional channel strategy.
  • Build the scalable processes, governance, and commercial foundation required to grow a high-performing channel organization, continuously assessing the operating model and recommending improvements to partner segmentation, commercial motions, resource planning, and long‑term scalability.
  • Recruit, negotiate, onboard, and activate high‑value resellers, MSPs, VARs, distributors, and strategic channel partners.
  • Leverage your existing network to generate qualified pipeline and accelerate partner‑led revenue.
  • Develop joint business plans with partners that drive measurable pipeline, bookings, and revenue growth.
  • Own partner performance across the region, with accountability for pipeline, forecasting, bookings, and revenue.
  • Establish and lead the commercial operating cadence, including forecasting, pipeline reviews, KPI reporting, commission frameworks, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Define, track, and optimize key commercial metrics, including partner‑sourced pipeline, bookings, revenue, partner productivity, and forecast accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with Partnerships, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Communications, Product to execute partner‑led go‑to‑market initiatives.
What You Bring
  • 15+ years building channel businesses within enterprise software or B2B SaaS.
  • A proven track record of recruiting and growing reseller, MSP, VAR, and SI partnerships and agencies working with Microsoft ecosystem is a bonus.
  • Experience owning commercial targets, forecasts, pipeline, and revenue performance.
  • Strong commercial discipline with experience managing KPIs, business reviews, and quarterly forecasts.
  • An established network of channel partners that can be activated to generate revenue.
  • A builder's mindset with a bias toward execution, accountability, and measurable business outcomes.
What Success Looks Like

Within your first 90 days, you will have established a clear regional partner strategy, built relationships with priority resellers, MSPs, and channel partners, initiated executive meetings across the region, progressed multiple partner recruitment opportunities, established a disciplined forecasting and KPI cadence, and begun generating qualified partner‑led pipeline.

Our Culture
  • Impact: Play a crucial role in our growth journey.
  • Culture: Join a vibrant team valuing creativity and collaboration.
  • Growth: Thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Reward: Enjoy competitive compensation, equity opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.
