Job description

Summary/Objective

The primary responsibility of the Business Development Specialist is to generate additional business from our existing clients. The Business Development Specialist will act as a liaison between the client and the rest of the organization by facilitating client onboarding, training, escalate client concerns, and any additional requests as needed.

Essential Functions

  • Serve as point of contact for our clients
  • Maintain client database in HubSpot CRM
  • Host recurring client performance review calls
  • Create and implement client onboarding and training
  • Create material (PowerPoint presentations and Excel scorecards) for client meetings
  • Capture client concerns and relay that information to theappropriate internalteam(s) andfacilitateresolution of client concerns
  • Support client relations leaders, enabling them to efficiently manageclient relationships
  • Maintain excellent customer servicerapport,strong telephone support
  • Researchinquiries from client, agent, auction, or customer
  • Complete ad-hoc client requests
  • Serve as the liaison from the client to the rest of the organization

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are variable and based on business need. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Physical Requirements

This position is indoors. Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. May be asked to lift approximately 25 lbs. Exposure to moderate noise and light, i.e. business office with computers, phone, printers, light foot traffic.
