The Role

This role is a unique hybrid position perfect for a candidate who is as comfortable closing business as they are managing office operations. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported, while also actively pursuing new growth opportunities for the business.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach.
  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet growth targets.
  • Present company services to prospective clients and negotiate contracts.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Front Office Management: Serve as the primary face of Oremus Corp, greeting visitors professionally and ensuring the office environment is welcoming.
  • Client Support: Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing materials for presentations, and addressing client inquiries.

 Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Proven ability to multitask and balance "out-of-office" sales tasks with "in-office" administrative needs.
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in sales, business development, or client-facing office administration is highly preferred.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Crawfordsville, IN 40 hours per week.
