Quincy Recycle is a fast-growing company in the recycling industry, partnering with manufacturers across diverse sectors to design sustainable, efficient waste stream solutions for paper, plastic, and metal recyclables. We are on an aggressive growth trajectory and are building a team of entrepreneurial sales professionals to help scale our footprint nationwide.

This role is more than a sales position — it is a launchpad for individuals who want to own a market, build strategic partnerships, and drive measurable impact for both their career and the environment.

What You will Do

  • Prospect, cold call, and strategically pitch to generate new business across a broad range of manufacturing industries.
  • Independently manage and grow high-value (“A-level”) accounts, driving long-term performance and expansion
  • Own your sales pipeline end-to-end, including scheduling vendor visits, nurturing relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales and margin targets.
  • Manage deal profitability by understanding gross margin requirements and freight cost structures.
  • Leverage Salesforce and Outlook to manage leads, track activity, forecast performance, and communicate cross-functionally.
  • Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to develop scalable, repeatable growth strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (required)
  • 5+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in B2B, industrial, or manufacturing-related environments
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% overnight to close deals and strengthen partnerships.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and deliver results.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record (required)

What We Offer

  • Uncapped earning potential — performance directly drives compensation.
  • Mileage reimbursement and cell phone stipend
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • HSA and FSA options
  • 401(k) with up to 6% employer profit-sharing contributions
  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • A collaborative, performance-driven culture that rewards ownership and growth
