What You’ll Do
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to co-pilot sales processes and actively build a $5M+ ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) pipeline.
  • Identify and target growing companies that will derive maximum value from BluWave-ai’s sustainable energy solutions.
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs by engaging leads across phone, email, and social media channels, promoting our EV Everywhere product.
  • Navigate discovery conversations to uncover business needs, prospect pain points and effectively position BluWave-ai as a value-based ROI solution.
  • Own the initial touchpoints with prospects to schedule and confirm qualified appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update accurate record of all sales activities and lead data in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales departments, sharing real-time insights from your prospect conversations to help refine advertising, messaging, and overall programs.
  • Approach every day with a "whatever it takes" attitude and a high sense of urgency in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • International travel may be required.
What You Bring
Must Have
  • 0-2 years of experience in a sales, customer service of customer-facing role.
  • The confidence and ability to proactively engage new clients through email, phone and social outreach.
  • A sense of urgency paired with the ability to think on your feet and pivot dynamically during prospect conversations.
  • Strong communication skills to passionately and clearly articulate the value of BluWave-ai’s AI-related solutions. 
  • An desire to learn, grow, and get in on the ground floor of a fast-growing startup to launch your career in tech/AI sales.
  • A collaborative spirit with an entrepreneurial drive to improve internal processes and contribute beyond your day-to-day tasks.
Nice-to-Have
  • Prior experience working within a SaaS (Software as a Service) or B2B tech environment.
  • Experience with CRMs (customer relationship management), and SEPs (sales engagement platforms).
  • A demonstrated ability to consistently hit or exceed activity metrics and performance quotas.
  • Experience navigating fast-paced, high-growth environments with continuous change and shifting priorities.
Salary Range for this role: $50,000-$65,000
