Job description

Business Development Associate

Our client is seeking a Business Development Associate to support growth within the Multifamily Construction & Commercial segment. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing proposals and follow-ups, building client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to support business development and sales initiatives.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and sales materials for clients and business development activities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, outreach, and market research
  • Prepare proposals, manage pricing requests, and ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, designers, and industry partners
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Project Management, and Business Development teams to ensure accurate proposals and successful project execution
  • Maintain Salesforce records, monitor proposal activity, and prepare business development reports
  • Stay informed on industry trends and provide market insights to support business growth
Your strengths include:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or a related field
  • Experience in business development or sales, preferably within the Multifamily, Commercial, or Office sector
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service, and relationship management
