Location: Lynnwood, WA
Our client is a leading full-service mechanical contractor that provides design, installation, and lifecycle support for complex commercial and industrial facilities. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Business Development Representative to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial to the growth and success of our client's business.
Business Development Representative Job Responsibilities
  • Acquiring new customers from assigned territory for Service department and penetrating assigned accounts by selling new or additional services.
  • Leading all aspects of the sales process, including solution development and proposal delivery.
  • Overseeing new customers' implementation by directing company implementation resources and managing customers' expectations.
  • Developing customer account plans for all assigned customers, identifying relevant customer needs and establishing a clear action plan for success.
  • Creating an annual sales plan to focus sales efforts.
  • Developing and implementing sales opportunity plans.
  • Managing customer satisfaction and service delivery, anticipating potential service problems, and monitoring satisfaction.
  • Utilizing CRM system to document and support all sales opportunities and activities.

Qualifications
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Dynamics CRM-or similar program).
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Sales skills including the ability to prospect, research, qualify sales opportunities, make presentations, create account strategies, and understand the customers' business.
  • Four-year college degree from an accredited institution or equivalent training from a certified apprenticeship in mechanical or electrical program.
  • Or, a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, account management or sales position.
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
