JOB SUMMARYTo Provide Support to Business Development/Field Development Team. The Business Development Manager plays a key role supporting the Business Development Team and their overall success. Their primary responsibility will be to provide tracking and support of key business development programs as well as administrative support to the Director of Business Development and the Business Development Team.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

*A successful Business Development Manager satisfactorily performs these general categories of duties:

  • Tracking and analytics of Business Development Team Programs
  • Administrative support to Director of Business Development
  • Running department reports
  • Promoting field trainings and calls
  • Occasional field touch points to drive programs
  • Supporting Home Office led Events (Logistics, etc.)
  • Has discretion regarding day-to-day administrative duties within the scope of responsibility.
  • Track and support all Business Development Field Programs including but not limited to:
    • Meetups
    • Accelerated Leadership
    • Accelerated Leadership Master Class
  • Manage Department Calendar through collaboration with key contributors
  • Publish and promote all field trainings and calls on social media
  • Daily, weekly, monthly event recognition reports
  • Support Home Office led events/Field Development/Business Development
  • IBO Incentives/Programs tracking and execution
  • IBO analytics (i.e. Quarterly IBO Surveys, focus groups, incentives/programs)
  • Email DLs/lists/reports for Field Development run programs
  • Manage department calendar and facilitate all internal communications
  • Manage Accelerated Leadership and Master Class Tracking and Analytics
  • Manage Meetup Tracking and Analytics
  • Publish and promote all field trainings and calls
  • Miscellaneous Field/Business Development/ Field support

Education and/or Experience

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1-3 Years of Experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role.
  • Experience in either the Home Office side of Direct Sales or that of an Independent Business Owner preferred
  • Additional language(s) a plus

  • Strong presentation skills
  • Oral and written skills are essential
  • Proven leadership skills required
  • Demonstrated skills of diplomacy, listening and ability to build rapport and trust with home office teams and Independent Business Owners
