Job description

Tittle โ€“ Lead Business Continuity Disaster Recovery Analyst

Location- San Diego/ San Franciso or West LA office, CA /Hybrid 3 days onsite 2 days remote

Contract โ€“ 12+ months

Ready to join us in our mission?  These are the qualifications we are looking for:

Minimum 5 years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, operational resilience, infrastructure project management, information security, audit, or technology risk management, with demonstrated experience leading program activities or cross-functional engagements.

Strong understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery program elements, including BIAs, BRPs, DR plans, RTOs, RPOs, MADs, dependency mapping, recovery strategies, plan testing, incident response coordination, and issue management.

Experience coordinating with technology teams on disaster recovery planning, application and infrastructure dependencies, failover testing, backup and recovery capabilities, recovery evidence, and validation of recovery objectives.

Knowledge of regulatory and industry guidance relevant to business continuity, disaster recovery, operational resilience, information security, and risk management, including FFIEC, NIST, GLBA, SOC, PCI, and related standards.

Experience designing, facilitating, documenting, and evaluating continuity or recovery exercises, including scenario development, test scripts, evidence collection, lessons learned, and corrective action tracking.

General understanding of financial services operations, technology environments, third-party dependencies, information systems, and the impact of operational disruptions on customers, partners, regulatory obligations, and critical services.

Preferred Qualifications 

Experience in fintech or enterprise data warehouse platforms. 

Familiarity with data warehouse operational domains such as partner reporting, compliance analytics, and business intelligence. 

Contributions to open-source QA frameworks or technical publications

Demonstrated leadership in building scalable QA practices, as outlined in internal QA leadership guidance
