KPI  Digital Solutions recherche un chef de projet qui a pour mission de piloter et gérer la réalisation des projets internes et des clients, respecter les délais et le budget tout en atteignant les objectifs d'affaires de l'entreprise.



Responsabilités

  • Aider à évaluer les coûts, les budgets, la capacité, les imprévus, l'infrastructure.
  • Évaluer le niveau de risque et le retour sur investissement qui en résulte.
  • Concevoir et piloter la gouvernance et les rapports de projet, conformément aux normes de gouvernance (dépendamment des projets).
  • Définir la structure, le champ d'application et diriger les efforts autour des plans de travail, des horaires, des estimations de coûts et les ressources nécessaires à la réalisation du projet.
  • Soutenir l'élaboration d'analyses de rentabilité de projets avec un esprit d'analyste d'affaires.
  • Gérer les ressources internes et externes (fournisseurs).
  • Piloter l'exécution du projet par un parrainage actif, un leadership et une participation à des initiatives visant à garantir qu'elles répondent aux exigences de délai, de coût et de qualité.
  • Suivre et contrôler l'exécution du projet par le biais des phases d'analyse, de conception, de réalisation, de test et de déploiement.
  • Organiser des réunions de comité afin d'identifier et d'anticiper les risques et les enjeux.
  • Veiller à ce que les documents relatifs au projet soient complets, à jour et conservés de manière appropriée.
  • Gérer les fournisseurs et les contracteurs qui soutiennent le développement des projets.
  • Fournir une orientation et un soutien à l'équipe de projet.
  • Gérer le processus de modification de la portée et l'identification/résolution des enjeux avec toutes les parties prenantes.


Compétences et profils recherchés

  • Baccalauréat en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Certification PMP.
  • Expérience dans la gestion d'équipe et dans les méthodologies agiles et waterfall.
  • Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans les domaines des affaires/opérations, technologies de l'information ou intelligence d'affaires.
  • Expérience dans les méthodes et les techniques de gestion de projet (planification, prévisions, procédures des contrôles de projet, etc.…).
  • Expérience avec le logiciel Project Level.
  • Expérience en tant qu'analyste d'affaires (ATOUT).
  • Capacité à communiquer avec tous les niveaux de direction afin de recueillir et présenter les informations nécessaires en temps requis.
  • Capacité à gérer les priorités ainsi que plusieurs tâches.
  • Capacité à acquérir et à interpréter des données d'entreprise en établissant des liens avec les processus d'affaires et la performance financière.
  • Évoluer dans un environnement d'équipe avec une grande flexibilité et un encadrement limité.
  • Démontre son implication à l'égard d'une performance et d'une précision sans compromis dans la gestion des données.
  • Reconnaît les informations nécessaires à une prise de décision efficace ; saisit les données pertinentes et les transfert en rapports et présentations concis.

Responsibilities:

  • Help assess costs, budgets, capacity, contingency, infrastructure.
  • Evaluate the level of risk and the resulting ROI
  • Design and lead project governance and reporting, in line with governance standards (depending on projects)
  • Define the structure, scope, and lead efforts around work plans, schedules, cost estimates & resourcing required to deliver the project
  • Support the development of project business cases with a business analyst mindset and steward the proposed project through governance for sign-off to proceed.
  • Manage internal and external (vendor) resources.
  • Direct the project delivery through active sponsorship, leadership and involvement in specific initiatives to ensure they meet time, cost and quality requirements.
  • Monitor and control execution of project though analysis, design, build, test and release phases
  • Conduct committee meetings in order to identify and anticipate risks and issues.
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
  • Manage suppliers and contractors supporting project delivery
  • Provide direction and support to the project team
  • Manage the scope change process and issue identification/resolution with all stakeholders.



      Competencies and Profile

      • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, PMP Certification
      • Experience in leading teams in both waterfall and agile methodologies.
      • Experience: 5+ years’ experience in these areas: Business/Operations, IT, or BI
      • Knowledge: Experience in project management skills, methods and techniques (planning, scheduling, forecasting, project control procedures, etc.)
      • Experience with  Project level software
      • Experience as a Business Analyst, considered an asset
      • Ability to communicate with all levels of Management in order to gather required data in a timely manner as well as present relevant information when required
      • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
      • Demonstrated ability to acquire and interpret business data, making links to business processes and financial performance
      • Ability to function in a team environment with extensive flexibility and limited supervision;
      • Demonstrates commitment to uncompromising efficiency and accuracy in data management
      • Recognizes information needed for effective decision making; captures relevant data, transfers into concise and objective reports and presentations
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong active listening skills and presentation skills
      • Bilingual: Fluent in English, French
