We're looking for a collaborative and analytical Technical Business Analyst to help drive business transformation through technology. This role partners closely with Product, Project Management, Engineering, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to analyze processes, define business and technical requirements, and support the successful implementation and optimization of enterprise systems. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving business challenges through technology, enjoys working across multiple departments, and can translate complex business needs into actionable technical solutions.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 annually. Compensation commensurate with experience.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Requirements GatheringPartner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, identify opportunities, and gather business requirements.

Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and technical documentation.

Analyze existing business processes and perform gap analysis to recommend improvements that increase efficiency, scalability, and user experience.

Support business case development and solution evaluation for new technology initiatives.

Enterprise Systems & Process ImprovementSupport the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of technology supporting eCommerce storefronts and internal enterprise systems. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure system configurations and solutions align with business requirements.

Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate processes, and eliminate in efficiencies.

Support data migration, system integrations, and process validation activities during implementation projects.

Project Coordination & Delivery SupportSupport project planning by helping define scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria.

Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, action items, decisions, risks, issues, dependencies, and status updates.

Coordinate follow-ups across stakeholders, IT teams, Engineering, Product, Finance, Operations, and external vendors.

Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, status meetings, UAT planning sessions, and implementation of readiness reviews.

Track blockers and open items, escalate risks appropriately, and help keep project activities moving forward.

Support Project Managers and leadership with status reporting, project dashboards, steering updates, and delivery communications.

Cross-Functional CollaborationServe as the liaison between business stakeholders, Product, Project Management, Engineering, Finance, Operations, and IT.Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings to define project objectives and solution requirements.

Work closely with Project Managers to ensure business requirements align with project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Support user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and production readiness activities.

Data, Reporting & Continuous ImprovementAnalyze business and system data to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement.

Support reporting initiatives by defining business reporting requirements and validating data accuracy.

Develop process documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures.

Recommend continuous improvements that enhance system performance, user adoption, and overall business operations. Training & Change ManagementDevelop user documentation and training materials to support new system implementations and enhancements.

Assist with change management initiatives to encourage successful adoption of new technologies and processes.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to business users following system implementations.

Experience and QualificationsEducation, Licenses, Certifications, Experiences: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise applications or digital business systems. Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for technology initiatives.

Experience supporting eCommerce Storefront and admin implementations, integrations, or system enhancements.

Strong understanding of business process analysis, workflow documentation, and process improvement.

Critical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:eCommerce platforms including Adobe Commerce (Magento, OpenCart)Data reporting and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or RedshiftSystem integrations and API-basedDemonstrated ability to support project planning, meeting facilitation, stakeholder coordination, RAID tracking, User Acceptance Testing, and status reportingProcess mapping and workflow documentationExperience supporting eCommerce Storefront and admin implementations, integrations, or system enhancements.

Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project environmentsTechnology Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, presentation tools, virtual meeting platforms, HRIS systems, Learning Management Systems, and content creation tools.
