Job Title: Business Analyst

Overview / Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business requirements while supporting project delivery and implementation efforts. The role involves working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define requirements, improve processes, support testing activities, and ensure business objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Conduct requirement workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions.
  • Create Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), user stories, workflows, and use cases.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams.
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
  • Support testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation.
  • Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of business objectives.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation.
