Building Services Associate
Part Time Days
** Pay rate up to $19/hour! **
United Methodist Communities is seeking a Building Services Associate.

Requirements for a Building Services Associate:
  • High School graduate or GED
  • 1-3 years' experience in a janitorial position and some knowledge of basic repair.
Responsibilities for a Building Services Associate:
  • Maintains cleanliness of all areas of the community including floors, furniture, counters and all surfaces and interior of apartments as assigned.
  • Attends to waste disposal including receptacles, compactor (if applicable), recycling and garbage/bulk.
  • Assists with maintenance duties as needed including snow removal, rearranging furniture, changing filters and cleaning for re-occupancy.
  • Assists Superintendent in duties requiring 2-people- such as a large scale project or a heavy or cumbersome.
  • Performs duties related to apartment turnover including assisting residents with furniture, minor repairs and related items.
  • Responds to emergencies as needed and attends resident functions as assigned.
