SUMMARY of Duties
The Building Services Assistant (Maintenance Assistant) is responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the common areas of the property in accordance with property policy and as may be directed by the Executive Director or Building Services Director to assure that our property is maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable manner. Assists the Building Services Director with the maintenance and repair of all electrical, mechanical and other equipment.

  • Prefer six months experience in building and maintenance or janitorial work
