Luther Oaks Senior Living Community is hiring a Building Services Technician to support the daily maintenance and operation of our senior living community. This is a full-time, day-shift position with competitive pay, strong benefits, and a mission-driven culture.

What You'll Do
  • Perform installation, repair, and maintenance tasks across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems
  • Complete preventative maintenance and routine inspections throughout the community
  • Troubleshoot maintenance issues and perform repairs in resident apartments and common areas
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain grounds, equipment, and building systems to support daily operations
  • Respond to maintenance requests and assist with emergency repairs as needed
  • Participate in the on-call rotation and support after-hours maintenance needs
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed work orders

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of maintenance or building services experience required
  • Healthcare, senior living, or commercial facilities experience preferred
  • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance practices
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and supplies as required
