Job description

Systems, LLC, an affiliate of Chamberlain Group, is a U.S.-based manufacturer of loading dock equipment-marketed under the Poweramp, DLM, and McGuire brands. With manufacturing facilities in Germantown, Wisconsin and Malvern, Arkansas, all products are designed and produced in the USA using lean manufacturing techniques. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular multi-site building tours, inspections, identifying needs and executing corrective action and/or coordinating with management and outside contractors
  • Prioritize daily multi-site maintenance duties and a variety of multi-site general services including but not limited to setting up or breaking down of equipment, grounds maintenance, moving furniture, general errands and basic electrical, plumbing, heating/ventilation, roofing and painting
  • Provide recommendations and support in monitoring facility-wide physical security
  • Collaborate with the management regarding card access, video surveillance, mechanical equipment and fire protection systems maintenance and operation
  • Manage minor capital plan projects
  • Requires regular and predictable on-site attendance and the ability to work the particular shift and/or schedule to which you are assigned, as well as additional hours as needed
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
  • Protect Chamberlain Group's and Systems' reputation by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and/or participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
  • No minimum education required
  • 2+ years of related experience; working in office and factory environment with appropriate conversation and appearance
  • General electrical, plumbing and carpentry skills
  • Mechanical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair equipment and systems
  • Working knowledge of Building Automation Systems
  • Good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of general workplace safety procedures
  • Ability to assemble furniture with hand or power tools
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license; ability to work weekend and off-shift hours

The pay range for this position is $18.41 - $28.62/hr. Base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
