Position Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on leadership of daily Corporate building operations, ensuring facilities are safe, reliable and meet company standards.
  • Supervise and develop the facilities team, setting priorities, assigning work and driving accountability.
  • Oversee facilities and maintenance projects across multiple buildings, systems and assets.
  • Conduct building audits to identify any issues or improvement opportunities.
  • Serve as on-site point of contact for contracted vendors providing maintenance, janitorial and other facility services.
  • Respond to maintenance emergencies when needed.

Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in facility operations or management.
  • Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
  • Good driving record.
