Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the building materials industry, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the assigned region

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and market share

- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling our products to potential and existing clients

- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries in a timely manner

- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis

- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads

- Travel within the assigned region to meet with clients and conduct sales presentations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field prefered

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, MUST BE in the building materials industry

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and closing skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
