Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Appointment Clerk / CSR to support our daily logistics operations. This role focuses on scheduling freight delivery appointments, assisting brokers, and handling administrative tasks to keep shipments running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and confirm freight delivery and pickup appointments

Communicate with customers, carriers, and brokers to coordinate logistics
