Overview

We have an excellent opportunity for someone to join our Broadcast team in the position of Junior Broadcast Manager. This individual will be responsible for GMC Broadcast production for the West and North Central Regions. 

Responsibilities
  • GMC Broadcast production/script to ship.
  • Communicate with the Field Teams to determine production needs.
  • Communicate with MRG Legal team to create scripts.
  • Process CRs by opening AD-IDs to execute production.
  • Organize a Daily Production List for Producers/Editors to execute production.
  • Troubleshoot during the production process.
Qualifications

Education:

  • 4-year degree in related field
  • Advanced MS Office skills, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Focus in media production and/or electronic media management or knowledge of Martin Retail Group and our operations with an interest in the Broadcast area.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of related experience

Required Skills:

  • Organizational, adaptability, and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team orientation
  • Ability to deal with deadlines and changes
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel

Expectations:

  • Learn MRG Broadcast processes.
  • Learn Automotive Legal requirements

  • Develop and maintain an active readiness to support Clients.

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $39,710 - $47,595 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
