Job Description

As a Breakfast Attendant, you have the authority to exceed guest expectations and create a lasting positive impression on each guest. Your role is crucial because you are the first impression on each of our guests. Additionally, you will achieve excellence by creating a welcoming and personalized breakfast experience for each guest, setting up breakfast each morning, and ensuring that you uphold the highest standards in food service.

  • Maintains a friendly, attentive, and professional during all guest encounters and responds appropriately to guest complaints.
  • Ensures the breakfast room, food stations, and all guest contact points are “picture-perfect” for optimal first impressions.

Working Conditions

This position will include early morning shifts any day of the week or weekend and the occasional midday, afternoon, and evening shift if needed. This position will require long periods of standing and requires constant physical movement. There may be periods of independent work and changes in temperature from the back of the house to the front of the house.
