If you are a strong leader with success in management, development, and generating business growth, this may be the right job for you! Job Location: Macomb CountyDays: Monday Thru Friday with Occasional SaturdaysSalary: ~$80,000/Annually  Benefits:4 weeks PTO available in the first year401k with up to a 6% matchUp to a 5% year-end bonus Position Purpose:The primary purpose of a Retail Operations Director is providing strategic leadership for multiple branch locations with a primary focus on driving sales performance, membership growth, deposit acquisition, lending production, and business development.
