Job description

ODORZX is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Services Coordinator & Bookkeeping professional to support daily administrative, coordination, and financial tracking functions. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical aptitude, exceptional attention to detail, and confidence communicating with clients, vendors, and third-party partners.
This position will begin as remote and will transition to an in-person role in Las Vegas / Henderson, NV.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate services and communicate with clients, vendors, and third-party businesses
  • Track, document, and reconcile service activity, invoices, and related records
  • Maintain accurate logs, spreadsheets, and reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Draft and manage professional correspondence via email and phone
  • Support basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoice review and documentation
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely follow-up on all assigned tasks
  • Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary
