What is a bookkeeping professional?

Bookkeeping professionals are responsible for recording and maintaining a business’s financial transactions, such as purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. They ensure that all financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations. Bookkeepers often use accounting software to organize and track data, making it easier for businesses to understand their financial health. Their work provides the foundation for accountants and helps companies make informed financial decisions.
