What Youll Do and Own
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, post checks, and resolve discrepancies
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements with precision
  • Handle weekly payroll for drivers using ADP
  • Keep our systems updated and our general ledger clean
  • Support tax filings (GST/QST) and liaise with external accountants
  • Assist with financial reporting and year-end processes
  • Contribute to the success of a high-performing accounting team

Youll report directly to the CFO and be trusted with real responsibility from day one.

What Were Looking For
  • 23 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
  • Experience with payroll, bank reconciliations, and AP/AR
  • Someone whos organized, proactive, and detail-driven
  • A team player who enjoys a friendly, fast-paced workplace
  • Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset
  • Logistics or transportation experience is helpful but not required
