We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Global E-Commerce Content + SEO Coordinator to support the Global Digital Team. This role plays a key part in bridging creative development and market execution by managing digital content workflows, SEO initiatives, and e-commerce campaign launches.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of the digital asset lifecycle-from initial briefing and content creation to SEO optimization and final platform execution.Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the Master Asset List (MAL) for campaign assets
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables using project management tools (e.g., Wrike)
  • Support global campaign launches through E-Commerce Launch materials and documentation
  • Oversee photoshoot logistics including product inventory and tracking
  • Assist in SEO content creation and blog management using AI tools
  • Support quarterly SEO content strategy to drive organic traffic
  • Upload and organize assets within Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems
  • Collaborate with Tech teams to ensure proper site merchandising and execution
  • Perform QA, proofreading, and ensure high-quality digital content delivery
  • Track global market adoption and content performance
  • Conduct site audits to ensure brand consistency and compliance
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital content coordination, e-commerce, or project management
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with tools like Wrike, Figma, DAM, or CMS platforms is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
