Job description

We are looking for a Senior Content Manager with deep Sitecore AI CMS expertise to own the strategy, creation, and optimization of content across our direct-to-consumer digital properties. This is a fully remote position.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end content lifecycle within our Sitecore CMS, leveraging Sitecore's AI-powered authoring and personalization capabilities to deliver relevant, on-brand, and high-performing digital experiences that drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • As a Senior Content Manager you will play a key role in enhancing the digital journey for prospects and customers by planning, publishing, and optimizing content across our Sitecore-powered websites. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content is engaging, consistent, personalized, and aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
  • The ideal candidate is a strategic, detail-oriented content leader with hands-on experience in Sitecore's modern, AI-enabled CMS, who can harness AI-assisted authoring, personalization, and analytics to scale content operations and continuously improve the customer experience.
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Own the end-to-end content lifecycle - planning, creation, review, publishing, and archiving - within the Sitecore CMS.
  • Leverage Sitecore's AI-powered capabilities (such as AI-assisted authoring, tagging, and content generation via Sitecore Stream) to accelerate and scale content production.
  • Build, configure, and manage pages, components, and templates using Sitecore (XM Cloud preferred) and its page-building tools.
  • Implement content personalization and A/B testing strategies to deliver tailored experiences and improve engagement and conversion.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, accurate, accessible (WCAG), and optimized for SEO and performance.
  • Develop and maintain content governance standards, workflows, taxonomies, and metadata models within Sitecore.
  • Partner with Marketing, UX/UI, Design, and Web Development teams to plan and execute content for campaigns and product launches.
  • Manage the content calendar and coordinate publishing across multiple brands and digital properties.
  • Use analytics and Sitecore insights to measure content performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Maintain and organize digital assets, ensuring version control and reuse across channels (e.g., via Sitecore Content Hub/DAM).
  • Uphold data quality, localization, and compliance requirements across all published content.
  • Train and support content authors on Sitecore best practices and AI-assisted authoring tools.
  • Collaborate with developers to define component requirements and troubleshoot content and rendering issues.
  • Stay current on Sitecore platform updates, AI capabilities, and content management best practices.
  • Continuously improve content operations, templates, and workflows to increase efficiency and consistency.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in content management, digital content strategy, or a related field, managing content for consumer-facing websites.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with the Sitecore CMS, including its modern, AI-enabled capabilities (XM Cloud, Sitecore Stream, and/or Content Hub).
  • Proven experience with content personalization, A/B testing, and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content accessibility (WCAG), and web content best practices.
  • Experience with content governance, taxonomies, metadata, and editorial workflows.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, or Sitecore analytics) to inform content decisions.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and creative teams.
  • Comfort adopting and applying AI-powered content tools to improve productivity and quality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
