The Senior Content Strategist will support the development and execution of content strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and business growth. This role is a functional subject matter expert that is responsible for ensuring alignment to the vision for content across platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice, and guiding cross-functional teams in delivering compelling, audience-centered content connected to marketing goals.


 

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and execute content strategies across channels to support nCino Solution Line objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and design teams to align content with project goals, demonstrating ability to guide and mentor colleagues while working on team-oriented projects.
  • Conduct content audits, gap analyses, and user research to inform tactical and strategic decisions, applying established understanding of nCino Business/Solution Lines to content development.
  • Analyze content performance data to optimize strategies and measure impact, with decisions at this level potentially affecting multiple releases or campaign cycles.
  • Create and maintain content guidelines, tone of voice, and editorial standards that contribute to operationally significant work for functional teams and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Partner with content creators, editors, and vendors to ensure quality output, providing technical input on content decisions.
  • Stay informed on content trends, SEO practices, and emerging technologies to contribute innovative approaches and maintain content effectiveness across channels.
  • Execute content projects independently with general instructions on new assignments, requiring minimal supervision for day-to-day content strategy work.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree and 5+ years of related professional experience
  • Ability to create and execute successful content initiatives across multiple platforms
  • Strong knowledge of UX writing, SEO, and content lifecycle management
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), analytics tools, and project management platforms.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The base salary range for this job is:

$81,600.00 - $138,700.00
