Overview
Direct Counsel is seeking a senior Technology Transactions Associate to join a leading law firm’s Technology & Outsourcing practice. This role focuses on complex commercial transactions in the blockchain and crypto space, offering the opportunity to work on cutting-edge matters with innovative clients.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and negotiate complex technology and commercial transactions
  • Advise clients on blockchain and crypto-related deals
  • Draft and review commercial agreements and technology contracts
  • Identify and manage IP, regulatory, and risk considerations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on high-value transactions

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of technology transactions experience
  • Strong background in blockchain/crypto matters
